New for 2008!

Contest guidelines and submission forms were distributed to regional colleges, high schools and galleries in early spring. Young artists were asked to create a piece of art for use on promotional materials for the 2008 festival. Each submission needed to include three recognizable Erie County "heritage-related" icons. The winning artist will receive a $400 scholarship.
